Submission Goes Out
We package and ship your submission. You'll get confirmation when the batch goes out.
Cards Return to the Shop
When your slabs arrive back, we notify you. Pick them up in-store or arrange delivery.

Do I need to bring card savers or top loaders?+
We recommend penny sleeves, but you don't need to pre-load them. We have supplies on hand to prep your submission correctly.
How long does grading take?+
Turnaround times vary by service level and company. TAG typically has faster economy options. PSA and BGS turnaround depends on the tier selected. We'll notify you when your cards return.
Can you help me decide what to grade?+
That's part of the service. Bring your cards in and we'll walk you through what's worth submitting based on condition, market value, and service cost.
What happens if my card gets upcharged?+
We authorize every upcharge on your behalf and pass the cost directly to you, no markup. We'll let you know the exact amount before anything goes out, and you settle it when you pick up your cards.
Can I submit Pokémon and sports cards together?+
Yes. TAG, PSA, and BGS all accept Pokémon and sports cards. We'll organize by service level and card type.
What grading services do you support?+
We currently handle TAG, PSA, and BGS (Beckett) submissions. Ask about current pricing, turnaround times, and which service fits your cards best.
Do I need to fill out any forms?+
We handle all the paperwork. Bring your cards and we'll log everything, fill out submission forms, and keep a record for you.
